Tiivistelmä
Customer satisfaction is a type of statistic in which people are asked to rate how happy they are with a business's offers, including products or services, and performance in general. It's very common for people in Finland and many other European countries to shop at thrift stores and buy second-hand items. In Finland, as in many other places around the world, there is a big market for used cell phones. There are many shops in Finland that serve this market. This shows how important it is to do more research in this area, especially about how satisfied customers are with buying and using used mobile devices.
Consumers from the company X filled out a questionnaire that had already been developed and tested. Webropol and Microsoft Excel were used to process and analyze the collected data. The outcomes demonstrated that more than one-third of the participants had good experiences of using used phones. More than half of the participants wanted to recommend buying a second-hand phone to a friend or relative, and more than half of the participants wanted to consider buying a used phone again. Further, most of the respondents did not face problems with used phones in this study. The responsible authorities, including the sellers, information technology administrators, and security professionals of enterprises, should take the necessary steps to maintain the highest level of satisfaction among the used phone users.
