K-Pop as a music genre has received a lot of attention in the United States and throughout the globe in 2019. K-Pop has become a huge business globally after two decades of global expansion from South Korea to the world's music markets.
The most prominent K-Pop boy band today, MONSTA X, acts as a model for numerous new groups. Because to StarShip Entertainment's remarkable marketing and customer service practices, the company has garnered a big following not only in South Korea, but also across the world.
The purpose of this research is to investigate at the marketing and customer service techniques employed by StarShip Entertainment to promote MONSTA X and attract new consumers, as well as the success of such efforts. In addition, the importance of fan support in increasing the group's popularity and maintaining a solid connection between the firm and the client cannot be overstated.
