Toimiala-analyysin toimialan mediaaniluvut saatiin Suomen Asia-kastieto Oy:n julkaisemasta materiaalista. Tutkimuksen laskelmat toteutettiin Excelin avulla. Excelissä laskettiin kassavirtalaskelmat, tunnusluvut ja tulevaisuuden ennus-teet. Toimialan mediaani lukuja verrattiin case yrityksen saamiin lukuihin. Tilinpää-tösanalyysin tulosten perusteella arvioitiin case yrityksen toiminnan kannattavuutta ja tehokkuutta, sekä case yrityksen vakavaraisuutta ja likviditeettiä. Tulosten perus-teella todettiin case yrityksen olevan hyvin kannattava yritys. Case yrityksen toimin-nan tehokkuus on melko hyvä. Case yrityksen vakavaraisuus on hyvällä tasolla. Case yrityksen likviditeetti on tyydyttyvällä tasolla. Tutkimuksen ennusteen mukaan on mahdollista, että case yritys kykenee kaksinkertaistamaan liikevaihtonsa vuoden 2020 tasosta vuoteen 2025 mennessä. Nosto vaatii henkilökunnan lisäämistä kuudella työntekijällä joka vuosi. Lisääntyneistä henkilöstökuluista ja laajemman toiminnan aiheuttamista lisääntyneistä materiaaliostoista huolimatta case yrityksen kannatta-vuus ennusteen mukaan nousee. Lopuksi todettiin, että case yrityksen kannattaa toi-minnan tehostamiseksi kiinnittää huomiota myyntisaatavien pitkään kiertoaikaan, ja toisaalta huomioida henkilöstön lisäämisen ja liikevaihdon per työntekijä välinen negatiivinen korrelaatio tulevaisuudessa. The aim of the study was to find out the financial condition of the case company and how it is developed from 2016 to 2020. The study was carried out by using a financial statement analysis. The research approach was qualitative. The financial statement analysis included a key figure analysis, an industry analysis, a cash flow analysis, and a forecast for the next five financial years (2021–2025). The study was carried out by using financial statements received from the case company. In addition, the case company's strategy target figures were used in the study while preparing the forecast. The median figures for the industry analysis were obtained from material published by Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. The calculations of the study were carried out using Ex-cel. In Excel, cash flow calculations, key figures and future forecasts were calculated. The median figures for the industry were compared with the figures obtained by the case company. Based on the results of the financial statement analysis, the profitabil-ity and efficiency of the case company's operations, as well as the case company's solvency and liquidity, were assessed. Based on the results, the case company was found to be a very profitable company. The efficiency of the case company's opera-tions is quite good. Case company's solvency is at a good level. Case company's li-quidity is at a satisfactory level. According to the forecast of the study, it is possible that the case company will be able to double its turnover from the 2020 level by 2025. The lift requires an increase in staff of six employees each year. Despite increased personnel costs and increased material purchases caused by wider operations, the profitability of the case company is forecast to increase. Finally, it was noted that in order to increase efficiency, the case company should pay attention to the long cycle of account receivables and, on the other hand, take into account the negative correla-tion between staff growth and turnover per employee in the future.
