Tiivistelmä
Tässä opinnäytetyössä valmistettiin 3D-tulostamalla korvaava adapteri rikkimenneen tilalle. Tuotesuunnittelun tarkoituksena oli tehdä rakenteellisia muutoksia adapterin kestävyyden lisäämiseksi.
Tutkimuksessa käytettiin 3D-tulostusteknologiaa ja valittiin FDM menetelmä. Tutkimuksessa luotiin konkreettinen tilanne, jossa kokeilemalla testattiin adapterin kestävyyttä.
Lopuksi testi tulokset analysoitiin ja niiden perusteella tehtiin johtopäätöksiä mahdollisista tulevista menetelmistä ja muutoksista. In this thesis was made with 3d-print new adapter for broken replace. Product design was intended to make structural changes to increase the durability of the adapter.
The study used 3D printing technology and was selected as an FDM method. The study created a concrete situation with trying to test the durability of the adapter.
Finally, the test results were analyzed and concluded conclusions on the forthcoming methods and modifications.
